Our proprietary technology gives us the ability to orient tendons of continuous basalt fiber for optimal strength, function and form, then structurally solidify the arrangement of fibers within a proprietary polymer matrix.

Today we command an innovative technology that allows highly sustainable and globally abundant volcanic lava “basalt rock” to be processed into continuous fibers.
Basalt rock when processed into a continuous fiber offers enhanced durability. The Basalt rock processed fiber out performs the use of carbon fiber and or fiberglass.
Our Continuous basalt fibers at a critical step in our process are epoxy infused and subsequently this allows for orientation into the necessary structural shapes to occur.
The structural shapes are then cured and transform into a non - deteriorating material. The point of difference is that our process creates a permanently non-rusting matrix, that is stronger and more resilient than steel.
